PHAROS – The Post Group Expands Its Executive Team: Andreas Mummert Joins the Management Team

Effective January 1, 2026, Andreas Mummert was appointed to the management board of Media Services GmbH. He will be responsible for PHAROS’s day-to-day operations.
Josef Reidinger stepped down from the Executive Board on April 1 of this year and will continue to focus specifically on sales and customer relations, having overseen the handover of operational responsibilities to Andreas Mummert over the past few months. Christian Ehrling will continue to oversee the commercial and technical divisions as well as software.
For the clients of PHAROS – The Post Group, this decision represents stability, continuity, and the consistent development of leadership from within the company.
Andreas has been part of PHAROS for many years and, as Head of Picture Post-Production, is responsible for all related departments at the Munich location. His professional path led him through various roles in technology, production, and media companies into post-production—marked by continuous development and operational responsibility. He knows the company and the industry inside and out—from creative work with filmmakers to the complex technical processes of post-production.
